This help centre is to answer most questions you may have when dealing with Auckland Beads NZ.
How can I order?
You can order online, by phone, by mail, or directly visiting our shop in 21 Enterprise Street, Birkenhead, Auckland.
We also have a Click & Collect option. When you have made your order and payment is showing into our account, we will process your order and let you know that it is ready for collection.
When do I know that my order went through?
Within a few minutes of completing your order, Auckland Beads customer service will e-mail you a detailed confirmation of your order including with the shipping cost. When dispatching you order, Auckland Beads will email your invoice with the courier tracking number.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time may vary from overnight for local courier up to 4-5 days for national delivery depending on the location. International delivery may vary from 5-15 days depending on the freight option chosen.
From time to time, and despite our most rigorous stock control, items may be out of stock or no longer available. Auckland Beads NZ endeavours to fill back orders within a reasonable time. An Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) will be e-mailed to you at time of your order. If the product line is discontinued we will inform you at the time order.

How can I track my order?
Once payment has been cleared on our bank account, an invoice with the NZ Couriers tracking number will automatically be e-mailed to you. To check where your parcel go on www.nzcouriers.co.nz.
Can I view the product before buying?
Auckland Beads extensive range of products can be viewed by visiting our shop. Please note that there is a minimum purchase of $50 + GST. If you have any questions contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 09 962 8097.
Is payment safe?
Auckland Beads offer two very secure payment systems: Paypal and internet banking. Paypal is a worldwide leader in e-commerce payment used by millions of business over the world and recognised as an extremely safe and reliable payment system. Internet banking is the other ultra safe payment system offered by Auckland Beads and provided by ANZ a reputable and highly secured international bank.
IS my information safe?
We apply the golden rule with our customers: we treat them as we want to be treated. Your privacy matters.
What do i do if i receive a damage item?
All items are bagged and bubble wrapped to minimise damage risk during transport.
However, accident can happen during transit. We recommend that you inspect your order at reception and ensure that it is in good condition. If not, please contact the courier company to lodge a claim and Auckland Beads NZ customer service for further instructions.
How can I see the different colour of the product?
Auckland Beads web site has been designed to give quick access to the product without having to scroll dozens of pages to find it. Once you have find what you are looking for click on the picture to see the different color available for this item.
If you use the super search, you can select the product by colour. The picture of the product that appear may not be of the selected colour BUT if you click on it, the drop down option will appear.
Can I save the contents of my cart?
Yes, the content is automatically saved. Also, unless deleted, all your previous orders are kept under your account.
Can the product colour or shape vary from the web site photo?
Due to the nature of some of our products, its origin, type of material, and manufacturing processes, some slight variation of colour and shape might occur. Auckland Beads NZ web site is high resolution to accurately portray, show and describe our products. However, and despite our tight quality control, the purchased goods might not be identical to the photographic representation due to computer configurations, production processes that result in slightly different outcomes beyond control of Auckland Beads and other factors that may distorts photographic integrity of the exhibited goods.
Also, the items may appear larger or smaller in pictures, so please always check the size or measurement in product descriptions.
If you’re granted a credit account, your first 3 orders are paid in full before dispatch of final product. After 3 orders you can apply for a credit account. Any account falling 30 days past due date will be placed on stop order until account is brought current. Any account over 60 days will be placed back on pre-pay terms.
Credit account is granted at the sole discretion of our company.
